At the Department of "Electricity and Renewable Energy Sources" there is a circle "Young Power Engineers", which currently has 4 master's and 12 bachelor's students. Participants will gain knowledge and skills on electrical safety rules, operation and maintenance of electrical appliances and equipment used in the power supply system, electrical installation technology, selection and installation of lighting equipment at stations and substations, connection and calculation of electricity meters, assembly of group sheets.

All professors and teachers of the department are attached to the students who are members of the club, the work plan of the club, the schedule of classes. According to the schedule of classes, members of the club will hold classes on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:00 in rooms 701, 702 and 611 of Building V.
